Taking to Twitter, the SRC said, "Govt (Government) of Odisha imposing night curfew from 10 pm of tonight to 5 am tomorrow across the state. The current situation is not conducive to imposing a night curfew, Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay said. The ministry underlined that all public health facilities in the country had only around 16,000 ventilators from the Independence till pre-COVID times. Licensed premises will not be counted as “public places”, the order said. The State Health Department has advised all who have come in contact with him to remain in isolation.
